By accessing and using the Pretty Little Scents & Crafts website and purchasing our products, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Products and Services

Pretty Little Scents & Crafts specializes in handmade home fragrance products and artisanal crafts. All products are:

• 100% vegan with plant-based ingredients
• Cruelty-free and never tested on animals
• Made in Scotland with care and attention to detail
• Handcrafted in small batches

Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance
• Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability

Shipping and Delivery

• We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days
• Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method
• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout
• Risk passes to you upon delivery
• Please inspect products upon delivery and report any damage immediately

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase:

• You may return unused products within 14 days of delivery
• Products must be in original condition and packaging
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving returned items

• Do not leave burning candles unattended
